Here’s How to Join our Association!
Simply click on the links below for our Membership Application, Directory Application and Code of Ethics form. Mail them in to the Membership Chair, Susan Hadley ([email protected]) 132 Hunting Hill Ave., Middletown, CT 06457 with your payment.
Regular Membership
Benefits include:

Annual membership fee, $65
Due to change of CHHA year to Jan 1st – Dec 31st new members will receive 6 months complementary membership if they join now and current membership will be extended until Dec 31st 04
CHHA is a non-profit, volunteer run organization. Your dues will be used to to continuously improve your organization and your community, including educational endeavors at all levels.
Associate Membership
Associate members are supporters of holistic health and wellness who may not be eligible for regular membership.
Students must be working towards a healing arts or other relevant degree or certificate from an approved school or program. Associates may not advertise in the directory or on the website, cannot be officers or directors and do not having voting rights. (Associates can upgrade to full membership at any time). A variety of student activities and new benefits will be available soon.
Benefits include: free attendance at monthly meetings, free newsletter, and discounts for member services and a variety of new privileges. Student members are eligible to join committees.
Annual membership fee, $15
