Almost half of the US population tried a complementary or
alternative health practice last year.
The Fourth Annual Connecticut
Holistic Health Association Health Fair is a chance to find
out what the fuss in health care is all about. The Holistic
Health Fair is being held at the Student Union at Quinnipiac
University from 10 am until 2 pm on Sunday, March 26th.
Admission is free and parking
is available on campus.
More than 2 dozen practitioners will discuss and demonstrate
their health practices. In recent years guests have tried
such modalities as Yoga, Pilates, Reiki, Massage, Acupuncture,
Chiropractic, stress reduction, and Hypnotherapy. Tips on
good nutrition will be available from students at the University
of Bridgeport School of Naturopathic Medicine.
