Tom DiMauro, LMT
Pagan Arts Massage Therapy & Bodywork
In a studio overlooking Long Island Sound, Tom specializes in relaxation,
stress reduction, pain management, postural restructuring, dance therapy,
and acupressure. He is honored to be the resident massage therapist for
Dance Connecticut (formerly the Hartford Ballet) for a second season.
His approach, while utilizing clinical training, is holistic, personal and
tailored to the individual client's expressed wishes and needs. Studies include
Swedish, sports, Esalen, trigger point, strain-counterstrain, positional
release, cryotherapy and other clinical modalities as well as extensive
studies of Eastern Energy theory and practises. Weather permitting, work
can be done indoors or outdoors. Couples are welcome by prior arrangement.
Credentials & Education:
NCBTMB Certified; Licensed in CT & NY; AMTA; MFA Yale School of Drama;
expecting Certification as a Jin Shin Do® Body-Mind AcupressureTM;
Practitioner & Membership with the American Oriental Bodywork Therapy
