Anne Buchalski is a Connecticut and Rhode Island Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Therapist. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Rebirther and Flower Essence/Herbal Consultant. Additionally she has done advanced studies in CranioSacral Therapy (Upledger Institute), Pranic Healing, Chinese Energetic Medcine and Myotherapy. She currently is one of only a handful of Certified SCENAR Therapists in the United States.

A graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT), where she is currently a faculty member, she has maintained a private practice Healing Island Wellness Center™, in Westport since 1990. She is a Teaching Assistant for CranioSacral Therapy classes for the Upledger Institute and is an Upledger approved Presenter and Study Group Leader. She is a consultant to other health practitioners in business practices and healing modalities. Anne works with children as well as adults and has been team leader in multiple hands sessions (more than one practitioner).
